Home Operational since 1987, we provide primary source verification (PSV) services to a variety of clients, from hospitals and managed care plans to nursing homes and outpatient surgery centers. In addition to PSV services, provided by a stable, knowledgeable staff, we also perform medical record audits and site visits as well as on-going monitoring of expired items. NCQA and JCAHO standards are the basis for our verification services; however we can customize service based on specific client needs. NEW: Practitioners can now view their own credential status via Practitioner Lookup. COMING SOON: Soon practitioners will be able to fill out applications online.
