New Client Implementation

GACCP recognizes the importance of implementing client’s choice of our services efficiently and seamlessly. To do that, implementation is managed in a “Project Management” mode. This entails the following:

  • A  Client Project Manager (CPM) from GACCP’s Client Support Team (CST) will be assigned to a client’s implementation.
  • The CPM will establish a kickoff tele-conference to begin services.
  • Between the kickoff meeting and the “go-live” date, status meetings will be conducted internally as requested by the CPM (usually weekly).
  • A new client plan will be designed for account implementation, including clearly defined activities, responsibilities and timelines, to ensure the desired “go-live” date is met.
  • A dedicated representative will be assigned to a client’s account prior to implementation and will remain with them to serve their needs consistently.
